Addition of New Amenities Set to Enhance Thriving Capestone Community

The shopping plaza has been developed by RR Morris Group, with construction to commence later this year and is anticipated to take just over 12 months to complete. The shopping plaza will include an IGA and is a significant addition to range of amenities provided at Capestone. Capestone offers residents convenience and easy living right at their doorstep with a child care centre soon to be delivered, as well as schools, parklands and an outdoor gym.

One of the highly anticipated additions to the Capestone community is the ‘Kidz Magic’ child care centre, providing residents with high quality, full service child care just minutes from home. Works on the child care centre are anticipated to commence in April and will utilise a unique plaza and verandah design. This responds to the sub-tropical climate, and encourages children to spend more time outdoors in an environment which is useable almost all year round. The centre will accommodate 130 children from three months up to school age and will include a veggie patch, sandpits, a bike path, and natural play and discovery spaces.
