Purchasers Seize the Opportunity to Secure Land at Stretton Reserve with 80 per cent of Land Sold Out in Just Days
Purchasers Seize the Opportunity to Secure Land at Stretton Reserve with 80 per cent of Land Sold Out in Just Days
Following a sell-out stage one release, stage two is offering 310sqm–407sqm blocks starting from $373,000.
General Manager of Urbex Realty Craig Covacich is not surprised by the growing demand and says it has been turbo boosted by multiple factors.
“Increased demand for land in Brisbane has placed enormous pressure on supply. This demand has been turbo boosted by positive consumer sentiment and a covid induced assessment of lifestyle needs, historically low-interest rates, and internal migration flows considering the relative affordability of houses and lifestyle attractions in Queensland compared to the likes of Sydney and Melbourne,” Mr Covacich said.
“With the recent announcement of Brisbane winning the 2032 Olympic games, this will only add to the infrastructure, economic and population growth over the next decade, so the outlook for Brisbane’s residential property market is very bright.”
In response to the staggering interest of stage two, Urbex Realty has also simultaneously released all of stage three to meet the growing demand for land.
Stretton Reserve Sales Consultant, Stacey Scrutton, said these external factors driving demand combined with the price is what is leading buyers to this development.
“In the current market and within a 20km radius of the CBD, demolishing a pre-existing home to rebuild a dream home will set buyers back by at least one and a half million dollars. Whereas, buying in Stretton Reserve situated in this same catchment, allows buyers to get what they want, the first time round and for nearly half the price however with the Olympic Games announced, pockets of land such as Stretton have become red hot, so buyers should get in quick,” Mrs Scrutton said.
Just 22km from the Brisbane CBD, Stretton Reserve neighbours the Karawatha Nature Reserve of over 900 hectares of natural forest and parklands providing the best of both worlds, the calmness and tranquility of bushland living with the proximity and hustle of the business world.
Upon completion, Stretton Reserve will offer a range of lot sizes to support the strong population growth anticipated in the region, delivering circa 70-lots. The development of stage two is complete with title expected in the next week.
