Appointed as Acquisition Manager at Urbex in 2024, Nielen brings extensive experience from his roles at BMD Group, Lend Lease, and other respected construction companies. A qualified Civil Engineer, Nielen has worked on major infrastructure projects including motorways, bridges, wastewater treatment plants, and a secant piled tunnel. He has also contributed to humanitarian projects in Nepal and Borneo with Engineers Without Borders. Nielen’s broad
