Thomas Hadden

Thomas brings strong experience across the delivery of large‑scale
masterplanned residential communities in South East Queensland. He has hands‑on expertise spanning acquisition, feasibility, planning approvals and early delivery, and has worked on complex projects requiring close coordination across planning, infrastructure and stakeholder interfaces.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning (Honours) from the University of Queensland and has previously undertaken roles across both planning and development management. He also contributes to industry leadership, having served as Deputy Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Planning and Infrastructure Committee from 2025 to 2026.
