Urbex launches Urbex Living with new projects in sought after coastal destinations

Urbex, a wholly owned subsidiary of the BMD Group, have been planning to diversify their interests and launched Urbex Living division as part of their growth strategy to reach new markets. This division also adds to Urbex operations to serve clients and partnerships under their flexible business model.

Peter Sherrie, General Manager, Urbex, said the Urbex Living division is a key component to the evolution of the business as it continues to make a significant contribution to Australia’s housing landscape.

Urbex Living, launched The Wellington Collection in late December 2021. The development compromises a collection of eight exclusive architecturally designed residencies with expansive 270-degree views across Manly Harbour and Moreton Bay, located within Brisbane’s sought-after Manly pocket.

A second development is also well-underway and planning continues for its release in the coming months.

Supporting the growth of the Urbex Living division, the company has recruited two new faces with the appointment of Brandon Herrigan as Assistant Development Manager and more recently, Roger Bianchini as Construction Manager, who join the wider project team.

Brandon Herrigan has an intimate understanding of the development process from acquisition through to delivery and working on the day-to-day operation and delivery of our built form projects. Roger Bianchini brings a wealth of local and international experience. He is a highly skilled and qualified civil and structural engineer who joins having previously worked with the top three largest construction companies in Latin America.
